Repairing Scuffs, Scratches in Hardwood Floor

Hi Shell:

Q.  I have a 5 year old cherry color engineered hardwood floor that has scuffs and scratches everywhere and a couple major gouges. I keep getting conflicting advice from people on what to do. Can you offer me no good solution other than replacement? Is there anything I can do?

A.  A product that I find works well on engineered hardwood flooring is called Laminator Plus. It is both a cleaner, and a refurbishing finish. It's as simple as following the simple 2 step process.  Step 1 is to apply the "deep scrub" which will remove, built up wax and dirt. Step 2 is the application of the restoration coating which will restore an even shine to the floor. This product is designed to work well with laminate, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood and cork flooring.

It's Just That Easy
