Delta Wrap for foundation.
August 4, 2005Q: I am in the process of having a house built and was recommended a product called Delta wrap for the basement walls.
What can you tell me about this product. Is it a good investment? If so, what benefits will it provide?
A: Delta Wrap is a “Best” feature on any foundation. I would recommend using either a poured concrete or ICF Arxx insulated concrete form foundation. The Delta Wrap product is a dimpled polyurethane plastic membrane that is fastened to the exterior of the foundation wall improving the water drainage around the home and adding a comfort feature to the wall. I would say it is a great feature for any foundation.
