Condensation problems

Dear Shell,

We just recently brought this home we are living in and find that we have condensation between our living room windows, which we never noticed until after we moved in. Is there a cure for this other than replacing the windows? Any help at all would be nice as to replace them would be costly.

Dear Don,

Your window thermo-seal has fractured. To repair is to replace the glass only. My recommendation is to use Low E Insul glass. Glass warranty should be minimum 10 years.

It’s just that easy.
