My house is 12 years old, it has 3 skylights (one in the bathroom) and baseboard heating. There isn't a lot of air circulation. Around my windows and in the skylights is a lot of mold. We have tried cleaning it with bleach and other cleaners but it always comes back. How can I clean it up and get rid of the spores? How can I improve the air circulation to help keep the moisture down?

The cause of your problem is to much moisture caused by condensation (high relative humidity). If you have a bathroom fan, turn it on when you enter the bathroom and leave it on for at least 1 hour after each shower (2 showers = 2 hours and so on). You must reduce the high relative humidity to stop the condensation. If you do not have a bathroom exhaust fan I suggest having one installed at your earliest opportunity.
