Hey Folks, what a summer it has been. If you have time to fit in a few early fall projects, think about draft proofing windows, inspecting your foundation and roof or repairing gutters. Fall is here! A home has a variety of systems that lay dormant for months during the summer, so don’t wait until the last minute to have your furnaces and fireplaces serviced.

In this months issue we will cover some valuable tips to help you get your home ready for cooler days as well as how to close up your recreation property for the season. We have a few possible projects in the works and we want to gauge a level of interest from our HouseSmart Club members. Would you be interested in a possible Home & Garden Radio station, which would cover various topics relating to your home?

The other is a possible online or television video project that would deal with Kids in the workshop - teaching children the basics such as how to use a tool, safety tips amongst other topics relating to youngsters.
