Dear Shell,

I had to write you now that my project is all finished and tell you how impressed I am with all of your trades, from Bill, who explained everything to me and all of the trades, they did a fantastic job and all so caring and respectful. My counters, doors, windows, and sundeck are fabulous.

I must mention Grant, what a great guy, he just makes you feel safe and comfortable with different people coming in, and what a perfectionist, everything has to be perfect.

Keith is also a very caring person, making sure all is going well. The young fellow, Blake, that built the sundeck worked so hard, as well as Chris who did all the vinyl work and got soaking wet.

Everything went so well, no problems and no stress. I wanted to tell you “A good job well done”, it couldn’t have been any better.

Thanks so much. Shell, you should have your own TV show like Mike Holmes, I would recommend you to everyone I know.
