We've had a few requests from listeners across Canada for Shell's It's Just That Easy Diet details.
Here is the program:
1. No bread of any kind, including buns, croutons & pastries.
2. Eat what you would normally eat at a meal – “BUT” cut it in half and put the other half away for another meal.
3. No in between snacks with the exception of 12-15 unsalted almonds when you feel hungry (not to happen more than twice a day).
4. Cut all alcohol in half. No Excuses
5. Liquids, coffee, tea or special drinks cut quanity in half
6. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
